Loading Hoses for Loading Systems

We supply loading hoses in diameters from 200 to 2000 mm (standard diameter 400/600 mm). Customer requirements dictate the length of the loading hoses.

Loading hoses (indoor and outdoor) are reinforced with wire rings and, depending on their application, screw or wire rope guide rails on the inside or outside, and electric cable guide loops (level indicator).

Our spare loading hoses from our own production are rapidly available for all customary loading systems. They are sewn or welded in top quality.

Extremely Wear-Resistant Loading Hoses

Our PU-flex brand is specially designed for loading hoses that come in direct contact with the bulk material. It was granted EUROPE PATENT No. 001445.

The hoses last 3 to 5 times longer than conventional hoses made of polyester fabric or canvass material and cost only minimally more - a major advantage! Quite apart from the costs of changing the hoses. Renowned manufacturers from all branches of industry, who are confronted with the problems of handling bulk materials, have tested these hoses. They are now among our satisfied customers. We can manufacture for you hoses with diameters ranging from
200 mm to 2000 mm and in lengths up to 20 m. The foil is highly abrasion-resistant, temperature-resistant from -30°C to +100°C, flexible, and rot proof.

On request, we can also supply FDA approval.
